Chakra has been leading Posedge marketing team since he co-founded the company. Chakra has been integrally involved in the Posedge’s vision, strategy, and leadership and has a very successful track record of founding and building multi-national technology companies. Immediately prior to Posedge, Mr. Chakra co-founded Mantra Group, a leading provider of technology consulting services for a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that Chakra held senior engineering management positions with Ikanos and Analog Devices and Chiplogic, where he managed various successful Data Networking ASIC development efforts. Chakra received a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from BITS Pliani, India, and a master's degree in computer engineering from University of California.

Venkat is co-founder and VP Engineering of Posedge Corporation. Venkat has over 15 years experience in the communications engineering with expertise in wireless hardware design, telecommunications and networking. He architects and manages the development of various Posedge IPs, System-On-Chip Architectures and network interface hardware. Prior to Posedge, Venkat has worked in various engineering and management positions in Broadcom WLAN division and ZSP corp. Venkat received a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from BITS Pilani, India, and a master's degree in computer engineering from University of California. He is a named inventor in several U.S. patents.

Sujai is the Vice President of Research and Development at Posedge and is responsible for the system architecture, design, and performance optimization.  Prior to joining Posedge, Sujai worked at three successful startups over the past 10 years, joining two of them as a first employee and serving as the technical lead..  At his most recent startup, Tzero Technologies, he led the PHY development for the world’s first 1080p60 wireless video stream product over UWB, brought to market by Hitachi. He holds 10 patents in the areas of communication systems and signal processing and has over 20 years of experience in new technology related product development, R&D, and standards work.  He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Hari has over 13 years of experience in verifying complex high speed ASIC’s in areas of wired and wireless technologies. Prior to joining Posedge, he has held key verification roles at leading semiconductor companies like Broadcom, ADI working on over 15 SoC’s ensuring first-time-right to silicon. His expertise lies in design/verification infrastructure development and leading the verification team to deliver high quality products to our customers. Hari has a Masters in Computer Engineering from US Santa Cruz and Bachelors in Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.

Kambiz Hooshmand served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corp. from March 21, 2005 to May 12, 2009. Prior to joining Applied Micro, Mr. Hooshmand served as Head of Optical & Broadband Technology Group at Cisco Systems, Inc. since July 2004 where he held a number of ascending executive positions during his nine year tenure, including managing its multi-billion dollar portfolio of core routers. Hooshmand has over two decades of experience in core routing, VoIP, ATM, access and transport technologies. Hooshmand holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Chico.
